I am incredibly passionate about creating space in one’s life for a ritual bath practice. Yes, that’s right, I said practice! If we are to support holistic healing and overall well-being, healthy supportive actions must become part of one’s lifestyle. And a ritual bath practice is something that can easily be incorporated into one’s wellness routine, just like exercise, a nourishing die or meditation!
Here are 10 reasons to incorporate a ritual bath practice into your lifestyle:
